Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website and to treatments booked with Silvera Beauty, a sole proprietorship operated by Jessenia Silvera in Leominster, Massachusetts. Booking an appointment means you accept them.
1. Booking
A request sent through this site is a request. The appointment exists once we confirm it by text or email. No account and no deposit is needed for a studio or mobile appointment; event bookings take a deposit (see 4).
2. Prices and payment
Prices on this site are current and inclusive of the consultation, and may change for future bookings — never after we have confirmed yours. Payment is due at the appointment unless you prepaid, and we take card, cash and Apple Pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Travel is free within 15 miles of Leominster, a flat $35 from 15 to 30 miles, and quoted beyond that before you commit.
3. Cancelling, moving and no-shows
- Studio and mobile appointments: please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move. Inside 24 hours we may ask for 50% of the service price; for a first occurrence we usually will not.
- No-shows may be charged the full service price, and repeated no-shows may mean we ask for prepayment in future.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your treatment, at the full price, so the next client is not delayed.
- If we have to cancel, you get the whole appointment again at a time that suits you, and any prepayment back in full.
4. Events, weddings and deposits
Event and wedding bookings are held by a deposit, which comes off the final balance. The deposit is refundable up to 7 days before the date and non-refundable after that, because the date stops being available to anyone else. The balance is due on the day. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
5. Gift certificates
Valid for one year from purchase, transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not replaceable if lost.
6. Your skin, and what these services are not
Facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing, brow and lash services are cosmetic. They are not medical treatment and nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise of a particular result. You agree to tell us about medications (including isotretinoin and topical retinoids), recent injectables or laser work, allergies, skin conditions and pregnancy before treatment, and to follow the aftercare we give you. We may decline or modify a treatment when it is not safe or appropriate, and we will say why.
7. Mobile and on-location appointments
For appointments at your home or venue you agree to provide safe access, a clean indoor space with an outlet and water nearby, and — this one matters — pets secured away from the treatment area. We may decline to treat in a space that is not safe or sanitary, in which case the appointment counts as a late cancellation.
8. Photographs
We sometimes photograph results. We will ask first, every time, and no is a complete answer. Consent can be withdrawn later by writing to us.
9. The website
Content here is ours; please do not copy it wholesale. The site is provided as it is, and while we keep it accurate we cannot promise it is error-free or always available. Do not submit false information, other people's details, or use the forms to send spam.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent Massachusetts law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a treatment or this site is limited to what you paid for the treatment in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of Worcester County are where disputes are heard.
